Asked for a German passport but the people at the embassy said it looked as if to fit a British passport even though the photo was made for German passport by the software in the shop. So it is not the shop always wrong it can be people at passport office who may having bad day. You should just try and convince them, for me it worked! The girl at the shop was able to cut it down to size thankfully. Staff were friendly. The mirrors was was helpful, fixed my hair and face before snap.

Went in after losing my passport and the staff was very friendly, polite, and kind! My photos were approved and my emergency passport was issued the same day I lost it. Definitely go if you need a passport photo!

I had my passport photo done here. It was quick and easy and it cost 15 pounds for eight photos. Update: The photos were refused by the Passport Office after I scanned and uploaded them. My photographs taken on my mobile against a white wall were immediately accepted.

Went at 7pm on a Monday and it was the closest place. I got their early and the shop was opened. Most people will check the times before planning a visit to your store. Thank you for opening until 10.00pm!!!
