   Do's & Don'ts                                                                                    
1. Subject shouldn't appear too far away
2. Avoid flash reflection on skin or red-eye effect
3. Subject should look straight into the camera with shoulders square- don't make it portrait style
4. Eyes shouldn't be tilted or closed
5. Image shouldn't be too light
6. Make sure eye-glasses don't cover the subject's eyes
7. Face shouldn't be covered - also NO hats or caps or hair across the subject's face
8. Avoid shadows on background or across the subject's face
9. Keep all baby/toddlers toy and dolls out of the frame
10. Have a neutral expression
11. Background should be white or off-white
12.  Send full picture file do not shrink it down (File size should be close to 1MB)
13. Take picture from mid-section up
